Although, if you insist on messing with chowdah, this is a wicked cool way to mess with it.

Do we yet have the concept of people being triggered by people who are triggered? Because I'm pretty sure I have that. So, fair warning.

Google, the self-appointed arbiters of morality, just handed me a whole bunch of outrage triggers. Let me count the ways...

There are more women than men. Sexist.
The women aren't fat. Body shame.
They're showing their ankles. Sexual objectification.
And their faces. Good lords! They look pretty and you can see them!
Hair! You can see it. Flowers in their hair? That's internalised sexual objectification. Bunch of sluts.
OMG! One is even showing her knees!
They appear to be dancing. That's not allowed. Implies music, which is also not allowed.
They're not wearing the patriarchally-enforced high-heels.
The colours and flamboyancy are obviously overtly sexual displays, like a peacock. Peacocks are male. Must destroy.
Then there's some Aztec god dude that all the women are running away from, because men are bad.
And some other dude with a fluffy hat holding his bow wrong, pledging allegiance to the Aztec Patriarcy to murder all the Spanish bitches.
So they're fleeing, but the conquering Spaniards are so confident in their conquering, even the women are able to just dance away.
Celebrating the Spanish colonial conquest of South America seems OK with Google.

Please add your colourful opinions, and point out anything I might've missed.

:P

Thought they had a fairly good rep?? but its in the ball park.....just need a different more current and despised group like "Trigger Antifa" but funnier. "Stay at Home Trigger".... no, doesn't catch it. "Stay at Home Nursing Vegetarian Mothers against Triggers"? ...."Trigger Activist"

"Trigger Idiot" appeals to me.

My "triggers"...in no particular order:
  • Lack of courtesy: This includes not merely people who fail to say "please" and "thank you" as appropriate, but also selfishly bad drivers, litterbugs, people who leaves messes in public rest rooms, parents who allow their children to misbehave in public, Jehovah's Witnesses knocking on my door at 8am on Saturday, and probably a hundred other things.
  • Wastes of time and resources: This includes throwing away things that still have a use, telemarketers, junk mail, people who don't recycle, having to wait for my appointment because my doctor scheduled poorly (but they'll sure bitch if you're late), lawn sprinklers running while it's raining, and so on.
  • Vermin: This includes insects and rodents in my house, as well as animal abusers, child abusers, pedophiles, and other assorted lowlifes who should get off my planet.
  • Willful stupidity: This includes bigots of all varieties, Luddites who deny scientific facts, religionists who believe their faith is factual and should be law, hypocrites, climate change deniers, trickle-down economists, and others who think their unfounded opinions constitute reality and truth.
  • Entitlement: This includes the snowflakes who are offended at everything and feel entitled to tromp on others' rights or spend others' money so their feelings won't get hurt, greedy MFs, the ridiculous concept of "affluenza," participation awards, peer promotion, etc.

I guess these aren't "triggers" in the way that snowflakes define "trigger." They're actually things that prompt a negative reaction ranging from annoyance to rage to the urge to slap the {!#%@} out of someone. And I could probably think of a thousand few more to add.
What are the facts? Again and again and again-what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore divine revelation, forget what “the stars foretell,” avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable “verdict of history”--what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your single clue. Get the facts!
