I'm closest to Rand Paul, and surprisingly, Bernie Sanders as my #2.

Clinton then Saunders then OMalley.

Wow. I'm a democrat? I'm actually not pro Democrat.....just much more an anti-Republican. How did I get Saunders and miss Paul?

I took this quiz a while ago and was almost 100% with Sanders with Clinton as a close second and everybody else was pretty far behind.

It let me take it. I'm practically on a different planet.

But, ah crap: Bernie Sanders 96%? I don't think so. It often considers our answers "similar", but I chose my answers and not his because I disagreed with the subtleties in his preferred answers. For instance:

Do you support increased gun control?
Bernie Sanders: Yes, require strict background checks, psychological testing, and training
Your similar answer: Yes

I do not support strict psychological testing and training, in fact I'm against such things.

George Carlin was great, and another point in his favor for those who don't feel an urgent need for a titular head of an involuntary collective is that he's dead.

Politics is sometimes a fascinating spectator sport.

Here's more recent history from not-so-conservative Pat Buchanan:

Marco’s retort triggered the loudest cheers of the night:

"There are radical jihadists in the Middle East beheading people and crucifying Christians. The Chinese are taking over the South China Sea. … the world is a safer and better place when America is the strongest military power in the world."

 Isn't America the strongest military power in the world right now, at the time when "radical jihadists in the Middle East beheading people and crucifying Christians and "[t]he Chinese are taking over the South China Sea"?
