Hillebrandt's Alaskan Monster.

Anybody see this? A standard prop wash curl sends them off to set hooks and drop explosives in the waters of Alaska. They'd make ole Sarah proud, they would.

Nope, I tried to watch it but after a few minutes of over-done good-ol'boying and teeny snippets of the monster video which were insufficient to judge anything by I gave up and put Rachel maddow back on.

They showed some high quality footage of the "monster", and how two salts could have been so impressed leads me to believe one thing, they were full of it and wanted to get paid for doing an "extra". I can see them "monster hunting" in the off season now. Stay tuned.

I just read this whole thread without understanding what the hell is going on. Am I having a stroke, or are you people leaving out some important details! :shakefist:

It was a one hour show that ran after Deadliest Catch last week. The Hillebrandt brothers caught wind of a "sea monster" in one of the Alaskan bays. They charged off to kill it for science. (Dickheads!) From there it went downhill, like every other monster show on TV. They failed to find any evidence at all and wound up pretending a school of fish was the monster. Wooistas will be thrilled, of course. And they have the seeds of a spin-off, something woefully lacking from Deadliest Catch so far.
