Alp Spotted in Austria!

Postby nightreader » Fri Jul 22, 2011 10:57 am

Hello there!

I just thought i'd post a video i found on a blog recently.

The video apears to be from and old vhs tape and shot sometime in the 90's. Most people think its a large bird or a plane. But i think it might be an Alp! Yes you read it an real living Alp! These are mythical creatures from the German folklore. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alp_(folklore)

So what do you guys think? And does anybody else know anything else about these mysterious alps?
There is also an image posted in a related video, not so sure about that one but have a look.

In non-Austrian countries, we often call those "airplanes."

In Australia too, or just "planes"

Is it just me,or do others find first posts of the 'what do you think?' variety oddly suspicious and implicitly disingenuous? I guess I'm just a cynical old fart.

One of three things. It's a toy plane a kid threw in the air (what it most resembles), it's a bird, or it's a low flying plane. It looks totally like a toy plane in my opinion.

Also, I for one am incredibly tired of all the "mysterious" phenomena, having as their sole evidence, incredibly poor quality video / audio / photographs. So, come up with a crystal clear photo / video / etcetera, and I'll care about it.

Why, when someone photographs a tiger, it's crystal clear, and yet, when we have to consider some cryptid, or some "mysterious" phenomena, the quality is always utter crap?

Consider this fighter plane.
