Trump Names Anti-Vaxxer to Committee

Postby Bart Stewart » Tue Jan 10, 2017 10:35 pm

Major blow to evidence-based medical science as Trump names anti-vaccine conspiracy theorist, Robert Kennedy Jr., to chair the Committee on Vaccine Safety.

yeahhh...conspiracies never happen...and scientists test harmful substances on people without telling them about it...

It isn't that conspiracies never happen, it's just that ones you go on about don't have reality based evidence.

The sad part of this is it's probably Trump's way of trying to make nice with the Democrats.

Set out your detailed "evidence" that vaccines cause more harm than good or piss off back to the David Icke forum. where no evidence is required.

His orangeness just keeps doing what he's been doing on the trail. Latch onto any and all fringe beliefs and give them all a nod. It doesnt add up but each fringe will be so happy he nodded at them they wont care. So he now has climate denialists, anti vaxxers and goldman sachsers in the bag. With the first 2 he doesnt even have to do anything more. The goldmans may be happy enough to rule, but then he was always most serious about cutting millionaires' taxes.

Looks like all that really happened was RFK Junior got a bit of face time with The Don.

Or maybe there was some back pedaling involved? :notsure:

Meanwhile, here is a blast from the past that may have some relevance. :pr:

I saw Robert Kennedy junior on being interviewed on RT and both times he denied he is an anti-vaxxer. He is actually a pro-vaxxer and to prove it he said that he made sure that his children were always vaccinated. However, and there is always this "however", he also made sure that none of the vaccines used contained thimerosal.

Holy crap! I just realised how much my friend's sister looked like Jenny McCarthy back in high school.

Things just got a whole lot worse. Forget Robert Junior and the committee. The incoming Secretary of Health and Human Services, Tom Price, is part of an anti-vaxxer group. And that's not even the worst of it.
