Thank you HS. that was Amazing. I just head about this on the news last night and I youtubed it: A cat taking matters into her own hands. If someone out there is not cat person. Now is the time to reconsider your stand:

...I just loooooved the way she run that dog out of the neighborhood maan. That family needs to set up a hot line or a fund where people could send in money to that cat as it usually gets done for every stupid reason or pretext under the sun . At least that cat really earned it :P .

Sure, you can send the money to me, I'll be the cat's agent. :P

Good point. So I asked Pyrrho to order the entire Skeptic Society Research Divisions "A-team" "B-team" and "The Z Brigade" to look into this immediately.

FACT : Mr G the Goat and the burro Jellybean spent 10 years living under the care of a hoarder

FACT: When the two farm animals were rescued, they were sent to live at different sanctuaries

FACT: After arriving at Animal Place sanctuary, Mr G refused to eat for four straight days

Analysis: Humans seeking money by suggesting intimacy between animals.

"Help us get a new trailer! You may have noticed the rusty trailer Jellybean arrived in...we could use your financial support in purchasing a new one to replace the 25-yr-old trailer we're currently using!"

There also is the possibility that the animals were well taken care of elsewhere after the initual rescue. But it would seem odd again if their special connection wasn't recognized then...

Best ever (I think) enactment of the grand relationship of a middle aged man, living alone with a cat.
If this doesn't melt your heart, you have no heart to melt:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_u0uo0TxS-I

And it's also an evocative glimpse of Los Angeles in the early 70s.
As well as having a musical score to contend with.

No, no, no….… no need to thank me.
Thank the great Robert Altman for the terrific film "The Long Goodbye…"

Skepticism:
" Norma, you poor sad lonely alcoholic. You entire life is devoted to interrupting other people's posts on this forum, regardless of the topic, to tell them what's wrong with them. The irony is, here you are doing it again, with this very post.
Your fanciful card games, movie sojourns and exciting overseas trips, that all take place within the four walls of an aged care retirement home, do not suggest your own children offered you the care, I gave my parents."
