Talkers and doers

Post by landrew » Mon Jul 16, 2018 6:06 pm

Why do we care what someone says about solving a problem, when all that counts is what they do about the problem?

What are you going to do about the problem of people talking about the problem instead of doing something about the problem?

Stop voting for what they say, instead of what they have done and can do, and whether they have the character to do it.

When its our job to hire someone to run our government, why do we do it so badly? If it was your job to hire a new CEO to run a billion-dollar corporation, would you just sit and be impressed by a myriad of empty promises and self-promotion, then hire them on that basis?

Why do we elect people on such a mindless basis?

like to repeat , a simple change to improve voting would be a picture of the person . not a PR staged photo ; an honest mugshot style photo .
ideal would be full frontal nudity / naked . - a picture >is greater than a 1000 bs words .

voting majority is clueless . i.e. , how many people voted for Kilpatrick because of his name .
side note , one criminal running for reelection is actually sending out a mail flyer that makes him look like something he ain't

Maybe that's a good argument for the Electoral College; sober, informed minds overseeing the mindless rabble who don't know what's good for themselves.

But the Electoral College voted for Trump. That can't speak very highly for the Electoral College's "sober, informed minds".

Hilary got more votes than Trump. A simple, but real democratic process would have kept the arsehole out.

I'm gonna type up a very good post, a strong post that not only addresses the problem but actually solves it. An intelligent post, the best post you have ever read. Not now, but soon.
