Italics

Postby Major Malfunction » Sat Dec 27, 2014 11:41 pm

I've noticed italicised text seems to be disappearing from the forum universe, leaving only its influence on the spacing of words.

Is italicized text not visible to you?

There's just an urgent need for more italicized text.

Is there a topic or post you can link to that doesn't show italic even though it's been set for italic?

Make sure he slices it thin with a razor blade so it liquefies in the pan with a little olive oil.

It's a very good system.

The text is there if I select it, it's just invisible.

Bold or underlined italics work.

Oh, that's funny... Quoted italics work as well.

Test. Test.

It's not the order of font tags. Bolded italics, or italicised bold both work.

Test.

Seems to be Chrome. IE is fine.

Checked some other forums. Italics work fine in Chrome there.

Didn't you recently apply an update, Pyrrho?

We installed Pyrrho.0 but that didn't work so we retrofitted Pyrrho.1986.

Added to the Ignore feature and updated Tapatalk.

Ignore thing should not have affected italics but I will check.

It was probably just my flakey machine. I don't reboot it often. Probably a Chrome update that didn't apply properly without a reboot.
