I'd like to see more of this in our country, again. Brewers, bakers, farmers, etc. I have the same weakness as most everyone for mass produced instant products. But I love hand crafted, quality products. And the stories behind them.

The bloke had a plan and he stuck to it. He's having fun. Good on him.
