I took those 20 images of myself in the Santa hat and turned them into a slideshow online:

Beware the terrible music! I turned my speakers down but it was still too horrible to bear, so then I turned them off.

This is something different...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8-vje-bq9c

The rough translation is;

"Come and spend your money here. We have all the things you want to buy, places to go, things to do, and cute girls. And our technology is better than yours."

And then, in broken English, "Yankie suck my dick and smile."

At first I thought it was taking the piss, and then I knew it was.

Underbelly

Australian crime drama based on real events.

I miss about 1/4 uv dialog kuz uv the dialect. It seemz like it wuz inspired by American showz like NYPD Blue and The Sapranoz. Lots uv hand held camara, loose editing, sex & violens.

Its OK. Maybe I'd like it more if I coud understand the dialog better.

Assuming its fairly close to reality, I dont get why the cops coudnt round up all those bloody wankerz in a matter uv months just over gun law violationz.

Fair enough. The different series cover different notorious Australian criminals, way back to the 1930's and as a general rule the criminal class uses Aussie rhyming slang and general slang. Many young Aussies also wouldn't know some of the "old strine" expressions.

Some shagging, lots of blood and guts (Lots of guts), intrigue, shagging, and an absolutely insane story line. It's also beautifully shot. Oh, and theirs some filth hence the title.

That is so weird. Why would getting a haircut in the tourist zone have anything to do with whether or not North Korean citizens in other areas of the country are restricted in what haircuts they may get?

Not that I believe North Koreans are necessarily restricted in their grooming styles, although it's plausible enough. Two students from Australia getting a haircut don't sway me one way or the other. It's odd that they would pay so much money just to do such an odd thing. What they did manage to do, though, is to fail to prove that tourists are restricted in the styles of haircuts they're allowed to get in North Korea (assuming, of course, the women who cut their hair hasn't been arrested since then for breaking a law the students were unaware of).

It doesn't. :D

It is more to do with two 25 year olds trying to make their first video documentary.

They were on some sort of Austrade "paid for" trip with a larger group of students. My ex-business partner split from his wife and went to work for Yukos in Siberia, who brought up the kids in Australia, decades ago. He rang me out of the blue, on behalf of his son, to see if CH9 would pay money for the story, to which I said "nope". He was meant to join my Russian language book club group last night, but didn't turn up, so I never found out any of the details. :D
