What do you guys think about George Rodonaia's NDE and OBE?

Postby violeta » Sat Dec 24, 2016 3:14 am

Thought I would ask the critical thinking section:
http://www.near-death.com/science/evide ... -days.html

George Rodonaia's OBE where he is "dead" but hears a baby crying. The baby keeps crying, parents don't know what to do. During his OBE, he goes to another hospital room, sees the baby, and he can converse with the baby. He realises that the reason why the baby is crying is because his arm is twisted/broken. Later on, after he is revived, he is able to share this with the baby's parents.

Do you believe this story? Why or why not?

Ok, now it's approaching spam level. If you really wish to learn about NDEs, please read what has been explained here.

Another topic like this one and you will be reported. Sorry.

No, it sounds stupid and made up.

Here, apparently Shen posted about this guy a few years ago: viewtopic.php?t=21481

Yes, there's an afterlife - the life after surviving a severe trauma. However, remembered fantasies occurring during physical distress and abnormal states/levels of neuro and other chemicals etc. account for nothing.

You are entitled to your delusions. You may even shout them from the rooftops. You cannot, however, expect that you will be taken seriously. Please get help.

The flash of light you saw in the sky was not a UFO. Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.
